11:18 PM EDT, 06/26/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Lushang Life Services (HKG:2376) on Monday launched its initial public offering in Hong Kong, whose listing pipeline is starting to get busy again as more companies emerge from the volatility-induced market lull.

The property management service provider, which was spun off from Lushang Development (SHA:600223), will issue 33,340,000 shares at HK$5.30 to HK$7.92 each.

The IPO could raise as much as HK$264 million ($33.6 million) if priced at the upper limit of the indicative range.

Of the total shares on offer, 3.33 million are earmarked for Hong Kong investors. An overallotment option of up to 5 million shares can be exercised if there is strong demand for the IPO.
